Electo Services

Electo Services is based out of Vandev Housing Society in Thergaon. It’s more of a service point than a big retail showroom. We handle a lot of electrical work and repairs. Most of our tools and spare parts are kept here. Since we are in a housing society, it’s a bit more personal. We know many of the people living around us. We don't have a big neon sign or anything like that. People usually just call us or drop by when something in their house stops working. Our workspace is often full of wires, testers, and dismantled appliances. It looks a bit chaotic to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time out on calls, so the office is sometimes empty. We aren't some big corporation with a call center. When you reach out, you’re usually talking to the person who will actually do the work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which we like. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what needs to be replaced. Sometimes parts are hard to find, and we have to explain the delay. It’s just a small local service and we take it day by day. We've been in Thergaon for a while now and we just keep things moving. We usually have a bit of coffee in the morning before the first call comes in and we start the day.
