You can find Hocs Fire Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Office No. 125 on the first floor of Ashoka Mall. The mall is located on Bund Garden Road, which is a pretty central spot in Pune. Even though we are in a mall, it doesn’t feel like we are shopping. Our office is more like a workshop and a storage room. We have fire extinguishers of all sizes lined up against one wall and coils of fire hose in another corner. It’s a very practical environment. We spend a lot of our time out at client sites, so the office is often half-empty during the day. When we are here, we are usually catching up on paperwork or testing out new alarm systems. The mall has its own rhythm, and we usually know it’s lunchtime by the smell of the food court wafting up through the vents. Bund Garden Road is always packed with cars, so we try to leave early for our appointments. Our desks are old and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but they serve the purpose. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just rely on the fact that we do our jobs well and people know they can count on us when it comes to fire safety. It’s a serious business, and we treat it that way, but we don't feel the need to be corporate about it. It’s just us doing our best every single day.
