Readymix Equipment Co

Readymix Equipment Co is out in Warje, specifically at the D/5 location. It’s a bit of a rugged spot, which makes sense given the kind of equipment we deal with. We have a yard area and a small office that’s mostly filled with spare parts and old manuals. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the heavy machinery and the general bustle of the Warje area. We get a lot of dust coming in from the road, so things aren't always sparkling clean. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t even notice the noise anymore. The team here is small, just a few people who really know their way around engines and concrete mixers. We spend a lot of time outside in the yard, even when the sun is really hitting hard. It’s a very manual kind of business. We don’t have a website that we update or a fancy marketing plan. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our sign from the road. We usually have a pot of tea going in the office for anyone who stops by. It’s a simple operation where we just try to keep the equipment running and the customers satisfied. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days we're just doing maintenance in the back. It is just the way things go here.
