Universal Communication

You can find us over at Dhanakawadi in Maple Tower 2. It’s a busy spot. We handle a lot of mobile phone things, like repairs, screen guards, and those little accessories people always lose. We opened up here because it seemed like a good central place for the neighborhood. It’s mostly just us working through the pile of phones that need fixing every morning. Sometimes the spare parts take a day or two to arrive, which can be annoying, but we tell people how it is. We don't use fancy systems to track things, just a notebook and some patience. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit tight when more than three people are inside. We usually have the radio on or just chat with whoever is waiting. It’s a straightforward business. We fix what we can and tell you if we can’t. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a desk and a bunch of tools. Some people come in just to ask directions or get a quick recharge done. We like being part of the daily routine for folks in Dhanakawadi. It keeps us busy and the days go by fast. There's always something new to look at or a different problem to solve with a device. We just stay focused on the work at hand and get things done.
