Laxmi Textile & Telecom

Laxmi Textile & Telecom is a bit of a mix, really. We are located at number 176 on Solapur Road in Hadapsar. It’s an interesting way to run a shop because on one side we deal with fabrics and textiles, and on the other, we handle telecom stuff like phones and recharges. You might see someone looking at cloth for a suit and then another person asking about a SIM card right next to them. It keeps us on our toes because you never know what the next customer will need. Solapur Road is always moving with traffic, so there is plenty of dust and noise, but we are used to it by now. The shop is full of rolls of material and mobile boxes all piled together in a way that makes sense to us. We’ve been here for a good amount of time and people in the neighborhood know they can find two different things in one place. It saves them a trip, I suppose. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just a practical setup where we work every day from morning until late evening. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the cars go by, but usually, there is a steady flow of people coming in for either a bit of cloth or a quick phone top-up.
