Unit Manager

We are located at Tiwari Nivas in Mahadeo Nagar. It’s right on the Majari Road in Hadapsar. If you know Pune, you know how busy Hadapsar gets these days. Our office is just a simple setup here in area 28. It isn't anything grand. We are basically just Unit Manager, and we spend our days dealing with whatever comes across the desk. The building is an older one, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no big reception area or shiny signs everywhere. Just a few rooms where we get the work done. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have that local connection. We handle things as they come. It’s not about having some big strategy or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks for the day. Tiwari Nivas has been around for a while, and we like being part of the neighborhood. You might see us grabbing snacks from the local shops nearby during our breaks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use much fancy tech, just the basics that get the job finished. It is practical and it works for us and the people we deal with. We don't try to be something we are not.
