You’ll find our office on the 9th floor of Midas Tower, which is part of the RGIP Phase 1 MIDC in Hinjewadi. Since we are in the IT park area, it’s a lot of glass and steel around here. The view from the 9th floor is actually pretty good, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding hills when it’s not too hazy. Inside, it’s a typical office setup with rows of desks and people wearing headphones while they work. We handle a lot of the administrative and technical sides of things from here. It’s not a very loud place; mostly just the sound of people talking in meeting rooms or the hum of the air conditioning. Hinjewadi is always a bit of a trek to get to because of the roadwork and the sheer number of people working in the MIDC, but we’ve gotten used to the commute. We don't really have any fancy lounge areas or ping pong tables. It’s just a place where we come to do our jobs and make sure everything is running like it should. We get our lunch from the cafeteria or the little stalls downstairs. It’s a professional environment but it’s not stiff. We’re just a bunch of people working in a tower, trying to keep up with the workload and making sure everything stays online for everyone. The elevators get crowded around five in the evening, so we usually wait a bit.
