Umber Masala

Our office is on the fourth floor of the Sanaswadi building, right near the Gymkhana on JM Road. If you know this part of the city, you know how hectic it can get with all the traffic and people moving about. We have been at Office No- 401 for a while now. It is not a very big space, but it fits us just fine for what we need to do. Umber Masala is what we spend our whole day thinking about. Even though we are up in an office, we are always busy talking to suppliers or checking on deliveries. The view from the fourth floor is mostly just other buildings and the street below, but it is our little corner. We started this without much, just an idea and a lot of patience. JM Road is a good place to be because everything is close by. We don't have any fancy receptionists or leather sofas. It is just desks, computers, and samples of different spices lying around. Sometimes the smell of cumin or turmeric fills the whole floor, and even the people in the other offices notice it when they walk past. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, papers get piled up and things get a bit messy. We are just a small team trying to make a living. We don't go for big corporate speeches. We just deal with our customers and try to get things right.
