Ulooka Cafes And Restaurants Llp is based in Dhayari, specifically in the Saptsur building. We are up on the fifth floor, room 505. It’s an interesting place to run a business because you have a bit of a view of the surrounding area from up here. Dhayari is a bit away from the main city center, so it feels a little less hectic, though the traffic on the main road is still something else. We spend a lot of our time planning how to manage the kitchen. It’s not just about cooking; it’s about managing the staff and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. The building has a lot of other offices and homes, so we see the same faces in the elevator every day. We aren't a big fancy company with a lot of money to spend on advertising. We just rely on the work we do. Sometimes we stay late to finish the accounts or to fix a problem with one of the kitchen machines. It’s practical work. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure that when we send something out, it’s done right. Being in Pune, we have to deal with the usual stuff like power cuts or water issues, but we manage. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay afloat and do a good job.
