Ujwal Fast Food

You can find Ujwal Fast Food over in Baner, specifically at Shop No 2 in the Suvarna Smruti Building. It’s located near the B S A Road and Tannery Road Cross, at 1-3-1. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you’re at the crossing, we are right there. The shop is small, just one of those local spots where you can get a quick bite. We’ve been in this building for a few years now. It gets quite hot in the kitchen during the summer, but we keep the fans going. Most of the time, it’s just me and my brother handling everything. We do the prep work in the morning and then stay open through the evening. The area around Tannery Road has a lot of shops, so there’s always someone coming in for a snack. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so most customers just take their food to go or stand near the entrance. We keep our setup pretty basic. No fancy machines, just the stove and the usual utensils. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the door when it’s heavy, but we just mop it up and keep going. It’s a regular job for us, nothing too special, but we like being part of the Baner community. We see the same faces every day, which makes the work go by faster. We are just here doing our thing every single day.
