Ugrow Agro Products Private Limited

We are set up in Baner, inside the Pallod Farms area. It’s a bit of a different setup because we work out of the BootStart Cowork space in Anugraha Bungalow. It doesn't feel like a traditional office since it's a house converted into a workspace on Street No-4. Pune has grown so much, and Baner is now full of these kinds of spots. At Ugrow Agro Products, we focus on what farmers in the region need for their crops. There is a lot of back and forth between us and the suppliers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. Usually, you’ll find us in jeans, drinking coffee, and staring at spreadsheets or talking on the phone with someone out in the field. The atmosphere at the bungalow is pretty relaxed, which helps when things get stressful during the harvest seasons. We chose this spot because it's easy for people to find and it’s not right in the middle of the city traffic chaos. Most of our days are spent coordinating logistics and making sure the agro products are moving where they need to go. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the local shops nearby know us. It’s a practical way to run a business without needing a massive warehouse right in the middle of a residential street. We just try to stay organized and keep the work moving along every day.
