Parishram Orgenik Farm Roca Sartifide

Started the farm at Ganga Kunj D-203 in Vishrantwadi because we wanted to grow things properly. It’s a lot of work on Alandi Road, getting our hands dirty every day. The name Parishram really means hard work and that’s what we do here. It’s not a big fancy office, just us trying to make sure the organic stuff is actually good. Pune weather is okay for some crops but tough for others. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, not behind a desk. Sometimes the certification process feels like a lot of paperwork, but we get it done. People come by the house to ask about what we’re growing this season. We don't have a big marketing team, just a few of us making sure the soil stays healthy. It’s a bit messy sometimes. Life on the farm isn't like the movies. There are bugs and heat and rain that doesn't stop. But we like being outside. We’ve been at this for a while now in the Pune-15 area. Mostly, we just want to keep things simple and keep the farm running. If you walk past Ganga Kunj, you might see us sorting things out. We don't use any of those chemicals you see in big stores. It’s just natural stuff and a lot of patience. We spend our evenings checking the plants and planning for the next harvest day. It is quiet work mostly but it keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset.
