K. S. Agro Ventures

Our office is located in Building C1/9 at Ganga Heights. We’re right there in Pingle Wasti, near the Koregaon Annex on Mundhwa Road. If you’ve driven past there, you know it’s a spot that’s always moving. We spend our days dealing with the agricultural side of things, which means a lot of talk about crops, seeds, and the tools farmers need. It’s a practical business. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the orders are going out on time. The team here is pretty small, and we mostly just handle the logistics and the trading side of the agro world. Sometimes we’re stuck behind desks looking at spreadsheets, and other times we’re out talking to suppliers. It’s the kind of job where you might get a bit of dirt on your shoes, and we’re fine with that. Agriculture is the backbone of everything, so we feel like we’re doing something that actually matters. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the other folks in the building. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking the weather and the markets to see what’s happening. We just try to stay on top of things and make sure the supply chain doesn't hit any snags. It’s not complicated, but it takes a lot of attention to detail and a lot of patience.
