Ubitech P Ltd has its office over in Chinchwad, Pune. We are specifically located at Flat No 4 in Alankar Park, which is on Plot No 283/71 in Tanaji Nagar. It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it quite a comfortable and quiet place to work. Chinchwad is a very busy industrial area, so being tucked away in a spot like Tanaji Nagar is a nice break from all the factory noise and heavy traffic. We’ve got a small team here. We handle various engineering and technical projects from this flat. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby or a security guard, just a regular space where we get things done. We’ve been in this part of Pune, 411033, for a while. The neighbors are used to seeing us by now. We try to keep things low-key and just focus on the tasks we have on our desks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or on the computer, making sure everything is moving along as it should. We don’t really do any big marketing or sales pitches. Most people find us through personal contacts or because they already know where Alankar Park is. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or glass walls. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business steady. That’s just who we are.
