Ubics Technologies is situated at 197/A in Kasaba Peth. We are tucked away in Mujumadar Lane, which is one of those old, narrow streets in Pune. It’s a very traditional neighborhood. Our office is in an older building that has a lot of character. We don’t have a big company sign outside, just a small one by the door. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with different rooms for our tech work. We handle various IT services and software projects. Because we are in Kasaba Peth, it’s always lively outside. You can hear the sounds of the local market and people going about their business. The office itself is quite simple. We have old desks that have seen a lot of use and chairs that aren't the most ergonomic, but they work. We don't have a fancy pantry. We just make tea on a small stove in the corner. It’s a tight-knit team here. We’ve known each other for years. Most of our day is spent looking at code or fixing technical issues. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels real. There’s no corporate pretense here. We just come in, do our bits and pieces of technology work, and head home through the narrow lanes.
