Ubics Technologies Pvt Ltd. is located in Aundh, Pune. We’re in Flat No. 7 of the Shree Sai Apartments, which is part of the Darshan Park Housing Society on DP Road. Aundh is a pretty busy area these days, and DP Road always has a lot of traffic moving through. Our office is in a residential building, so it has a very local, neighborhood feel to it. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for our team to sit down and get through the day’s tasks. We have our computers set up on standard desks, and there’s always a bit of a mess with papers and cables. We do a lot of technical work and consulting from this spot. It’s the kind of place where you can hear the sounds of the society outside—kids playing or people talking in the hallway. We don't have any fancy signs or a big glass entrance. It’s just a regular door with our name on a small plate. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have our own way of doing things. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. We just focus on the work that needs to get done and try to stay organized. It’s a simple, functional office where we spend our hours making sure the business stays on track and everything runs as it should.
