Ubics Technologies Pvt Ltd is based in Pune at D-710, Akashdeep Soc. This is in Ganesh Nagar, in the Dhayari area. The pin is 411041. Our office is actually inside a housing society which gives it a very different feel than a big glass tower. You have to walk past the kids playing and the people drying clothes to get to us. It makes the workday feel a bit more like being at home. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly on our laptops with plenty of coffee. Dhayari is a bit far out from the main Pune center so it’s a bit quieter here, which is nice for focusing. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby. You just come in and we’re all there working. Sometimes the society has a function and we can hear the music through the walls. We don’t mind it much. It’s a very local way to run a tech company. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big fancy entrance. We just care about getting the code right and making sure our clients are happy with what we send them. The walk to the main road is a bit long but it’s good for some fresh air. It’s a simple setup for a tech team. We like it because it’s quiet and we can actually get things done without the city noise.
