We are located at 10/02, Type Ii, inside the Ordnance Factory Dehuroad Estate in Pune. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the main city because it’s a government estate area. Things are a lot quieter and there’s a bit more greenery around than you’d find in the middle of Pune. Our office is a straightforward setup in a Type II block. It’s functional and doesn't have any of those modern glass walls or designer furniture. We just have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual office stuff you’d expect. Being out here in Dehuroad means we don’t have to deal with the crazy traffic of the city center, which is a relief most days. The 412101 area is pretty steady and predictable. We follow a routine that works for us, starting around nine and wrapping up when the work is done. It’s a plain place for plain work. We don’t really have any big meetings with fancy presentations. Mostly, it’s just us discussing things over a cup of tea or checking on how the projects are moving along. The estate has its own rules and a certain way of doing things, and we’ve fit into that quite naturally over time. It’s an honest place to spend the workday, and we don’t feel the need to make it sound like anything more than it is.
