Uber Foodies

Our little place is in Aundh, specifically Shop Number 4 in Siddharth Apartment. It's tucked away in Gaikwad Nagar. If you know the area, it's mostly residential but it gets busy because of the people living around here. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area. It’s not a massive operation. Just a few of us making sure the food is ready and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting right outside the door when it gets busy in the evenings. Gaikwad Nagar has its own pace. In the mornings it's quiet, then by lunch, everything picks up. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just cook and pack. The shelves are filled with containers and the stove is usually going. It gets quite warm inside, especially during the summer months. We try to keep things organized but in a small shop, things can get a bit cluttered when orders come in fast. We've been at Siddharth Apartment for a while now, so the locals know where to find us. We aren't trying to be some high-end restaurant. It's just a food spot where we work hard every day. We see a lot of students and office folks passing by. It’s a decent spot to be in, and we just keep doing what we do.
