U.B. Engineering Ltd.

You can find U.B. Engineering Ltd. over at A-306 in the Anusha Residency. We’re located in Pashan, right on Susroad in Pune. It’s a nice area, and being in a residency building means we have a bit more of a quiet, settled environment to work in. We’ve been here for some time, and it’s become our second home. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We handle engineering tasks and project management from this location. Pune is a busy city for engineering, so there’s always something happening nearby. We aren't a big, flashy corporation with hundreds of employees in this office. It’s just a handful of us who know each other well and work together to get things done. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to be practical and honest about our work. If you come by, you’ll probably see us drinking tea and looking over some technical drawings. We like the neighborhood, and there are good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We just want to make sure the engineering work we do is solid and that we’re keeping our projects on track. It’s a simple, straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily tasks.
