Our office for Ub Engineerig Ltd. is tucked away in the Radhanagri Housing Soc. in Pune. Specifically, we are at Ca-2 Flat No-2 on Dighi Road in Bhosari. Working out of a housing society gives the whole place a different feel than a standard office building. It’s more personal and quiet, though the Dighi Road outside can get pretty jammed up during the morning and evening rush. We have set up our desks and computers inside the flat, and it works out well for us. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team of us doing our engineering work day in and day out. We have our files stored in the rooms and we spend most of our time focused on the projects at hand. The neighbors in Radhanagri are used to us being here by now. We don't have any flashy signs or marketing materials hanging up. It’s just a practical space where we can get things done without too much distraction. Being in Bhosari means we are close to a lot of other industrial businesses, but our specific spot is a bit more relaxed. We usually bring our own lunch or grab something small from a nearby stall.
