At U3Soft Private Limited, we are located in the Aundh area of Pune. Our office is in Wing C of the Vatsalya Vihar complex on New DP Road. Aundh is a pretty nice place to be, with lots of trees and plenty of shops nearby. We are based in a building that has both residents and other small businesses. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for our team to get the job done. We have several desks set up and a lot of computers and monitors. The wiring is a bit of a mess under the tables, but we know what goes where. We don't have a big fancy sign or a receptionist. Usually, someone just looks up from their screen when you walk in. We spend our time working on software and handling the daily chores of running a small company. There is a small balcony where we sometimes go to take a phone call or just get some fresh air. The office feels very casual and relaxed. We don't have a strict dress code or formal meetings. We just talk across the room when we need to coordinate something. We’ve got a small fridge for our lunch boxes and a water dispenser in the corner. It’s a practical and functional space that works for us. We like the neighborhood because it’s easy for everyone to reach and there are good places to eat nearby.
