Twin Engineers Pvt Ltd is located in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically at J/524. Bhosari is a massive area and it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the block numbers. Our place is a bit deeper into the estate where it’s slightly quieter than the main road. We do a lot of specialized engineering work here, involving various types of components for bigger companies. The building itself has seen better days, with some paint peeling on the outside, but inside we keep the equipment in good shape. We have some private limited status but that doesn’t mean we act like a big corporate office. It is still very much a hands-on environment where the owners are often on the shop floor helping out. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s when most of the talking happens. We don’t have much in the way of a website or social media presence because our work comes from the same group of clients we’ve had for a decade. The industrial estate has its own soul, with the constant humming of generators and the smell of grease. Every morning we check the schedule and just start on whatever is most urgent. We have a few desks near the front for the paperwork but the real action is always in the back. It’s just how things are done at J/524 in Bhosari.
