Tupperware Consultant

Being a Tupperware Consultant in Bhusari Colony is something I fell into almost by accident. I live here at 36008, and after years of buying these containers myself, I realized I could just help other people get them too. My house is often full of stacks of plastic bowls, lids, and water bottles waiting to be picked up by someone in the neighborhood. It is not like a regular shop where you walk in and see everything on display. Usually, people call me or send a message asking if I have a specific size of tiffin box or a bottle set. I spend a lot of time sorting through the latest catalogs and explaining how the different seals work. It is nice because I get to meet a lot of the women who live around Bhusari Colony. We end up talking about recipes or school lunches more than the actual products sometimes. The living room is my office, and my kids know not to mess with the boxes stacked in the corner. Sometimes I have to go out and deliver things if someone can't make it to my place. It keeps me busy and it is practical work. I don't use any fancy sales tactics. If someone needs a container that doesn't leak, I show them what works. It’s a very simple, home-based way of doing things.
