Our place is located right by Nanded Phata on Singad Road. If you know the area, you know it gets quite noisy with all the trucks and people moving through. We've been operating out of here for a bit, mostly just keeping things moving. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we handle our daily tasks. Some mornings it’s quite a rush getting everything sorted before the heat kicks in. We have a small team here. We mostly just talk about the work and what needs to get shipped or received. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, so we just sit and chat until it comes back. That’s just how it is around here. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our jobs well enough. The road outside is always under repair, it feels like. You learn to ignore the dust after a while. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, which is basically the most important piece of equipment we own. It’s a simple setup. We know the other shop owners nearby and we all sort of look out for each other. It’s a decent spot to be. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure the business stays on track and everything is handled properly.
