Trisha Foods

Trisha Foods is based at Plot No-A 602, Gala No-1148, which is along the Chikhali Akurdi Road. We are quite close to the Ashirwad Heritage B Building, so it’s a mix of industrial units and residential blocks around here. Our gala is one of many in this row, and we spend our days inside working on various food items. It is a bit of a tight space once you get all the supplies and the workers in there, but we make it work. The road outside is always humming with cars and scooters, especially in the evenings when people are heading back to the nearby apartments. We start our work early to beat the heat of the afternoon. There’s no fancy signage or glass windows at our place; it’s just a sturdy metal shutter and a lot of activity inside. We spend a lot of time prepping and making sure everything is handled properly before it goes out the door. The floor gets a bit slippery when we are cleaning up, so we have to be careful where we step. It is a simple setup where we focus on the food and the orders we have for the day. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions of what we do. We are just a local business on the Chikhali Akurdi Road trying to get through the daily list of tasks. That’s our life here and we don't plan on changing much anytime soon.
