Trinity India

Our place, Trinity India, is located at Plot No 58 in the D-III Block of Chinchwad MIDC. This is a big industrial zone, so we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It’s a lot of metal, concrete, and the sound of machines running all the time. Our building is a standard industrial unit where we handle our production and storage. We’ve been in this part of Pune for quite a while now. The roads around the MIDC can be a bit rough with all the heavy vehicle traffic, but it’s a good location for getting materials in and out. Inside, it’s mostly just work benches and equipment. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. We have a small corner for the computer and files, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It gets pretty busy when we have a big order to get out, and things can get a bit disorganized, but we always find what we need. The staff here is mostly local guys who have been working in these types of jobs for years. We eat our lunch together and talk about the day’s work. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up, get the machines started, and work through the list of things that need to be done. It’s a gritty environment, but it’s where we feel at home.
