The name Tring Tring Mobile Shopee usually makes people smile when they first see the sign on Sainath road. We picked it because it’s simple and everyone knows what it means. Our shop at number 8 is a busy little place. We have a lot of walk-in customers from the surrounding buildings. Most of them are looking for a quick fix for a cracked screen or a battery that won’t hold a charge anymore. We have a decent selection of budget phones because that’s what most people around here are looking for. We don't push people to buy the most expensive thing. We just show them what we have and let them decide. The shop can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once, but nobody seems to mind. We have a small TV in the corner that’s usually on a news channel. It’s just us working here, so you always know who you’re talking to. We’ve seen all kinds of phone problems over the years, from water damage to software glitches that make no sense. We just take it one phone at a time. It’s a good living and we enjoy being part of the community on Nanded Sainath road. We don't do anything fancy, just solid work and a bit of conversation with anyone who stops by for a new cover.
