Triarj Software Services Private Limited is located over in Bibewadi, at Flat 15 in the Shree Prasanna Co Hsg Society, Plot 8. It is a bit of a local spot and we like it that way. Being in a housing society makes the office feel very grounded and real. We don't have any shiny elevators or a fancy glass entrance. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our computers and desks to do software work. We chose Bibewadi because it’s a good neighborhood and easy for everyone to get to. Most of us have been working in software for a while and decided to come together here. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the usual neighborhood sounds, but we don't mind. It feels like being part of the community. We spend our days coding and talking about how to fix bugs. There are no suits or ties in our office. We just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. It’s a simple life at Triarj. We handle the tasks that come in without making a big deal out of it. If you ever come by Plot 8, you'll see it's a pretty quiet society. We try to keep our footprint small and our work consistent. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of work to do. That’s really all there is to our story in Pune. We just take it day by day.
