Trayis Technologies (Opc) Privatelimited is situated at Plot No 54 in Maruti Colony. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood and we like it that way because it lets us focus on our work without a lot of distractions from the street. The office is a simple building on the plot, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us working on various tech tasks. We’ve been in Maruti Colony for a while and have seen the area change a bit, but our little spot stays pretty much the same. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to talk to each other when we hit a problem. We don’t really do formal meetings; we just shout across the room or walk over to someone’s chair. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere, even when we are busy with a lot of work. We aren't the type of company that puts out a lot of marketing stuff or tries to sound impressive. We just do what we do and try to do it right. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It feels more like a small group of friends working together than a corporate office. Plot No 54 is where you’ll find us most days. It’s a good spot for a small business like ours to grow and keep things moving. We just take it one day at a time.
