We’re located at House Number 517 in the Dnaneshwer Mauli Colony, which is over in Jyotiba Nagar, Kalewadi. It’s a residential area, so the office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a working space. It’s got a very different feel than a standard office building. There’s a porch where we sometimes leave our shoes, and the rooms inside are filled with desks and project gear. Being in Pune 411017 means we’re part of a growing neighborhood. It’s often quite lively outside with kids playing or neighbors chatting. Inside, we’re usually focused on the project management side of things. We have a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not a polished environment by any means; the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the furniture is a bit mismatched. But it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the computer and talking to people on the phone about supplies and timelines. It’s a bit of a maze of wires and folders in some of the rooms. Most of the people who come by are either workers from our project sites or delivery guys. We don’t do a lot of fancy marketing or anything; we just handle the work that comes to us from this little house in Kalewadi. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day, even when things get a bit hectic with deadlines.
