Traitsis Techsoft Private Limited is tucked away in the MIDC area of Chinchwad, over in Pune. Our specific spot is Flat No 4 in Aniket Apartment, which sits on Plot No RM 66. Being in the G Block of MIDC means there is always a lot of industrial activity going on around us. You can hear the sounds of the city and the nearby factories most of the time. It is a practical location for a tech firm like ours. We aren't in one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the IT parks. Aniket Apartment is just a regular building, and we like it that way. It feels more like a real place to work. We spend our hours inside dealing with software and tech problems. There are a few of us here, and we mostly just stick to our tasks. The office has what we need—desks, chairs, and good enough internet. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a headache because of all the other businesses nearby, but we manage. We’ve stayed in Chinchwad because it’s where we started and it makes sense for the team. There is no big marketing team here writing fancy slogans. We just wanted a place where we could do our work without a lot of distractions. It’s a bit cramped when we have everyone in at once, but we make it work. Just a local Pune business doing our daily thing without any fuss.
