Tradegain Technologies Private Limited

Tradegain Technologies Private Limited is located in Pune at S. NO. 15/8, specifically in Flat No. 204 of the B Wing in Shilptara. It’s a nice enough building, and being on the second floor means we can easily take the stairs when the lift is busy. We do a lot of technology-related work here, mostly sitting at our screens and writing code or fixing technical problems. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It has a kitchen where we make coffee and a main room where all the desks are lined up. Since we are in the Pune-411046 area, the traffic can get pretty loud during the day, but we’ve mostly learned to tune it out. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have at hand. Sometimes the floor is covered in cables because we’re testing new equipment, and it can look a bit messy. But we know where everything is. We usually eat lunch together at a big table in the middle of the room. It’s a good time to talk about things other than work. We aren't trying to be the next big global firm; we’re just a group of people who enjoy tech and have a space in Pune to do it. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
