Touchplate Technologies Pvt Ltd is based in Shiva Palm Beach, specifically B11-04 in Sector-04 of Nerul. Being in Navi Mumbai, we get a bit of a breeze from the water sometimes, which is nice. Our office is inside a residential-commercial type building, so it feels a bit more like a home than a cold office block. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea about five times a day. The workspace itself is filled with various tech components and some test boards we’ve been tinkering with. It’s not the most organized place in the world; there are usually some screws or wires sitting on the main table. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It’s just a handful of us who like building things and seeing how they work. The commute to Nerul can be a bit of a pain for some of the guys, but once we’re here, it’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. Sometimes we stay late when we’re close to finishing a project, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and a bit of the road. It’s a decent spot to work, and we’ve made the space our own over the last few years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the hardware.
