Touchmind Software Llp is based out of a row house in Ravi Garden, which is Row House No 2. It’s located near the Pune Solapur Road in the Manjari Bk area. It’s a bit of a different setup because it’s a house and not a tall office building, which we actually like. It makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have our computers set up in the main rooms and we use the kitchen for our breaks. The area around Sr No 81 is mostly residential, so it’s pretty quiet during the day except for the occasional delivery bike or neighbors talking. We started this software company because we wanted to work on projects without all the corporate pressure. We are a small group and we all know each other’s families and stuff. Sometimes we have to work late to fix bugs in the code, and we just order some food and keep going. The road outside can get very busy because it’s a main highway, but once you get inside the garden area, it’s not too bad. We don't have a big fancy website or any awards hanging on the walls. We just focus on writing the software and making sure it actually works for the people who use it. It’s a practical way to live and work. We’ve been here for a couple of years and it feels like home now. We like the vibe.
