We are over at Pimple Gurav, specifically in Ganesh Complex, Office No. 3. It’s a small, modest space, but it works for what we need. Top- 1 Solution isn’t some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are a small team and we like it that way. When you walk in, you’ll see our desks and probably a few stacks of papers. Pimple Gurav has changed a lot over the years, becoming much more crowded, but our little corner in Ganesh Complex stays pretty much the same. We spend our days answering calls, working on the computer, and trying to keep everything moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the small details don't get missed. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting area. If you come to see us, you’ll probably just walk right into where we are working. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We talk about our weekends, complain about the traffic on the way in, and then get down to business. It’s just how we operate. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered, especially when we are in the middle of a big project, but we find what we need eventually. Being in a complex like this means we have neighbors who are also running their own small businesses, so there’s a bit of a community feel to the building. We just do our thing and try to stay organized.
