Tipnis Vijay M is situated in Deccan Gymkhana, right on 80 Feet Road at 1207/A. This is a very old and established part of town, and the building we are in reflects that. It’s got high ceilings and those old-style windows that let in a lot of dust. The office is full of sturdy, old wooden furniture that has been around as long as I can remember. We have many cabinets filled with documents and maps from years of work. The 80 Feet Road outside is always humming with the sound of buses and scooters. It’s a very lively place to be. We don't have anything modern or flashy in here. Our computers are a few years old, but they do what they need to do. Most of our work involves a lot of reading and technical checking. We spend a lot of time just sitting at our desks with a cup of tea, going through files. It’s a very steady and quiet way to work, despite the chaos of the road right outside the door. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just do our work and keep our clients informed about what’s happening. It’s a simple life and we’ve been part of this Deccan Gymkhana neighborhood for a long time. We know the local shops and the people who walk by every day outside 1207/A.
