Our office at Block B-2 Ratan Park Phase I on Sus Road is where a lot of the planning happens for Thyssenkrupp Industries India. It’s located at 127/6/1 Sus Road, which is a part of Pune that has grown a lot lately. We’ve got a decent setup here in Ratan Park, even if it feels a bit tucked away from the main industrial belts. Most of our time is spent dealing with the technicalities of big industrial machinery and plant engineering. We aren’t really into big corporate slogans; we just come in, sit at our desks, and get to work on whatever the day throws at us. Sometimes that means spending hours on the phone with site supervisors, and other times it’s just quietly reviewing drawings and project timelines. The Sus Road area is a bit more relaxed than the city center, but the work we do is just as intense. We’ve got a small, dedicated group here, and we all know each other’s habits by now. We deal with a lot of complicated data and engineering requirements, so the office usually has a very focused vibe. It’s not a place for flashy presentations, but it’s definitely where the real thinking gets done. We just want to make sure the equipment we help produce works exactly like it’s supposed to. It’s a simple goal, but it takes a lot of effort and steady work every single day from the whole team.
