Sandvik Asia Ltd

We are based in Vishranthwadi, Pune, specifically in the Kumar Samruddhi Housing Society. Our office is in Building C 6, Flat No 5. It might seem a bit strange to some people that we run Sandvik Asia Ltd out of a residential society, but it actually works out really well for us. It is a lot quieter than being on a main road, and it feels more like a community. We have converted the flat into a functional workspace with everything we need. We don't have any big signs outside, so you have to know where you are going to find us. We handle a lot of the local coordination and administrative work from here. It is just a small team of us, and we don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. We don't have a fancy canteen or a lounge; we usually just have tea at our desks. The neighbors are nice and we try not to be too loud or cause any trouble in the building. It is a very down-to-earth way of working. We aren't interested in being flashy or sounding like a big multinational. We just want to do our jobs well and keep our part of the company running smoothly. It is a practical and comfortable setup that has served us well for a long time now.
