Sandvik Asia Ltd

This part of Sandvik Asia Ltd is tucked away in Sector 28 of Pradhikaran in Nigdi. It is a bit of a planned area, so the roads are a little better than some of the older parts of Pune. Plot 250 is where we spend most of our time. The environment here is a mix of residential and industrial, which makes it a bit quieter than the main highway side. We have been at this 411 044 location for a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we do our daily work. There is a bit of a garden area near the entrance that some of the older staff look after during their breaks. Usually, the day starts with the sound of the gate opening and the first few cars pulling in. We have our desks set up and everyone knows their role. It is a steady rhythm. We don't use big words or have fancy presentations in our meetings. Most of the communication happens over a cup of tea or just by walking over to someone's desk to ask a question. The afternoons can get a bit warm, so we keep the fans going. It is a reliable place to work. Neighbors around Pradhikaran are used to seeing us coming and going. We just try to keep things organized and handle the workload as it comes in. It feels like a small community within the bigger company.
