Sandvik Asia Ltd.

We are over at 7/41 in the Arvind Housing Society, which is tucked away in Anand Nagar just off Sinhgad Road in Pune. It’s a bit of a mix here because it’s a residential society but we have our Sandvik Asia Ltd operations going on within it. Sinhgad Road is usually packed with vehicles, but once you turn into the society, it gets a little calmer, though you can still hear the city hum. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space where we handle our paperwork and meetings. Sometimes it’s a bit hard for visitors to find the exact house number the first time, but the neighbors are used to us being here. We have a small team on-site and we’ve lived through many Pune monsoons in this building. The walls are a bit plain, and we have the usual office furniture that has seen better days. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Most days, it’s just us working through our schedules and taking calls. There’s a small garden area nearby where some of the society residents sit in the evenings. Being in Anand Nagar feels very local. We aren't in a high-tech park, which suits us just fine. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. We've been part of this Pune 51 neighborhood for a good while now.
