Working at A-12 Sundarbaug on the Link Road in Chinchwad puts us right in the middle of Pune’s industrial heart. Thyssenkrupp Industries India has deep roots in this area, and our office here reflects that. It’s a functional space where we handle a lot of the day-to-day operations that keep our bigger projects moving forward. The Link Road is always buzzing with trucks and people, which feels right given the kind of heavy engineering work we are involved in. Inside the office, it’s mostly about coordinates, blueprints, and making sure the manufacturing schedules stay on track. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or corporate speeches; we're more concerned with whether a boiler part or a sugar plant component is going to be ready for the client. The building itself is pretty straightforward, and we’ve made ourselves at home in the Sundarbaug complex. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up reports or talk to people at the different factory sites, but that’s just the nature of the business. We focus on the practical side of engineering, solving problems as they come up and making sure the numbers add up. It’s a busy life here in Chinchwad, and we wouldn't have it any other way because there's always something new to learn about the machines we build. We’re just regular people doing a technical job that requires a lot of attention to detail every day.
