Our site is right off the Pune Highway in Pimpri-Chinchwad. If you’re looking for us, we are tucked away behind the Ksb Pump Company. It’s a huge area, and there’s always a lot of noise from the traffic and the other factories nearby. We handle a lot of heavy industrial work here. The scale of things is quite big, but at the end of the day, it’s still just about putting parts together and making sure they work. I’ve worked here for a long time, and I’ve seen the highway get wider and the buildings get taller. Inside the gates, it’s mostly about the daily grind. We have different shifts, so the place never really sleeps. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't used to it, with all the cranes and the big pieces of steel moving around. We don't really do much in the way of self-promotion. Most people in the area already know what goes on here. We just focus on the tasks at hand. There's a small canteen where we all grab lunch, and that’s where you hear all the talk about how the work is going. It's a practical environment. We don't go in for anything fancy or complicated. The goal is just to get the projects finished on time so they can be sent out to wherever they need to go. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time and do our best.
