Our office is situated at Prabhu Kalbhor Chawl in the Kalbhor Nagar area of East Chinchwad. Pune is a huge city, but this part of Chinchwad feels very local and stays busy in its own way. Being in a chawl means there is always something going on just outside the door. It is a very humble setting, nothing like the big, fancy IT parks you see in other parts of Pune. We have been working out of this space for quite a while now. The walls have a few marks and the floors are definitely well-worn from everyone coming and going over the years. We don't have a reception area or air conditioning in every single room. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and the work we have to do. Kalbhor Nagar is a crowded spot, and finding a place to park can be a real headache some days, but we manage. Most people around here are working-class families or run small shops nearby. There is no corporate polish here. We talk to our neighbors and get our tea from the small stalls right on the corner. It’s a very real place to be. We don't use big words to describe ourselves because there is no point. We are just Thyssenkrupp Ind. I. Ltd. operating from a small spot in East Chinchwad. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, but it’s our home.
