Out in Pimpri, specifically in Masulkar Colony, is where we are located. This part of town is very industrial, so you hear the sounds of factories and trucks all the time. Our work here involves a lot of heavy lifting, figuratively and sometimes literally. It is a big operation, but when you are actually on the ground, it just feels like a lot of people trying to get their specific jobs done right. We have the manufacturing side and the office side, and they both stay pretty busy. There is always some machine that needs maintenance or a deadline that is creeping up on us. It is not the kind of place where you wear fancy clothes; you are more likely to see grease on someone's hands or dust on their boots. We deal with industrial equipment and parts, so there is a lot of steel and heavy components moving around. The weather in Pimpri can get really hot, and you definitely feel it when you are in the middle of the workspace. But we are used to it. We just show up, do the shifts, and go home. It’s a practical environment. There isn't much time for sitting around and chatting about nothing because there is always something that needs to be moved, welded, or signed off on. It is just how life is in the industrial heart of the city and we just deal with it.
