Thoughtcast Private Limited

Thoughtcast Private Limited is located over in Dorabjee Paradise in the Mohammedwadi area of Pune. We are in B-301. It is a decent building and the neighborhood is not as frantic as the city center, which we all appreciate. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around for a while. We do not really have a big public-facing storefront. It is more of a workspace where we can concentrate. We do a lot of thinking and a lot of digital work. Some days we are quiet, just typing away, and other days we are all talking at once trying to solve a puzzle. We do not have a receptionist or a coffee bar. We just have a kettle in the corner and our desks. We try to keep things simple because that is what works for us. We do not really like all the corporate buzzwords you hear these days. We just want to do good work and go home to our lives. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just deal with it. That is just part of being in Pune. We have made this office our own over the years. It is a bit lived-in, but it is comfortable. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the projects finished on time and keep the quality where it should be.
