You can find our office at number 12 in the Sriniketan Society, over in Kothrud. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood, which is nice when we have a lot of reports to write up. Thite Valuers & Engineers has been based here for a good while. We spend a lot of our time out and about, looking at different properties and machinery to figure out what they’re worth. When we aren't in the field, we’re back here at the office typing things up or looking over old records. Kothrud is a great area because it’s easy for us to get to different parts of the city from here. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of maps. It’s not the kind of place where people just wander in off the street; usually, we have appointments set up. We work with a lot of banks and regular folks who need a valuation done for one reason or another. It’s a lot of looking at details and making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, but every property is a little different, so it keeps things interesting. We’ve got a small team here and we all know our roles. There is always someone making tea in the little kitchen in the back. We just focus on doing a thorough job and staying on top of the local regulations. It’s been our routine for years.
