You can find us at D-31 in the MIDC Industrial Area, specifically on R D Aga Road. It’s a pretty standard industrial setup here. We’ve got big sheds and plenty of space for the energy and environment projects we handle. It isn't a quiet place. There is always the sound of steam, air, or heavy machinery in the background. We spend our days looking at boilers, heaters, and cooling systems. It’s technical work, but we try not to overcomplicate it when we’re just talking among ourselves. The office is tucked into one side of the main building. We’ve got old metal desks and chairs that have seen better days, but they do the job. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing very well. We’re more concerned with making sure the equipment is running at the right pressure and temperature. Most of the staff has been around for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. We take our tea breaks outside when the weather allows. It's a lot of manual work combined with some sitting at desks to figure out the numbers. We don't make big promises. We just show up, do the maintenance or the assembly, and head home when the shift is over. It’s a steady rhythm that suits us just fine. No drama, just honest work.
