Thermax Ecc Ltd. is managed here by Prabhakar Pedapati. We do not have a fancy office building with a big glass front. Instead, it is a more personal setup. We focus on the ECC side of the business, which involves a lot of technical oversight and making sure things are built right. Prabhakar has been doing this for a long time, and the way we work reflects that experience. It is very hands-on. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking over technical drawings. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we are always busy. We don't go in for all the corporate polish that some other companies like. Our desks are usually covered in papers and various parts. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess, but we know exactly where everything is. The main thing for us is just getting the work done without making a spectacle of it. It is about the daily grind and making sure the projects are moving forward. We are a small group and we work closely together. If you come by, you might find us having a quick lunch at our desks while we talk about the latest project updates. It is a very direct way of working. We don't use fancy jargon or have complicated hierarchies. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. It is a simple, effective way to run things, and it has worked for us so far.
