Softknack Technology

Softknack Technology is run out of Flat No. 4 in Dagdu Patil Nagar, which is in the Thergaon part of Pimpri Chinchwad. Since we are in an apartment building, it does not feel like a traditional office at all. We have desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen is always busy with someone making tea or snacks. We are a small software team, so we spend almost all our time sitting in front of monitors. The neighborhood is a typical residential area, so you hear kids playing outside or people heading to the market. We like that it is not a sterile environment. It keeps things feeling human. We do not have a marketing team or a sales department. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have worked with us before. There is no corporate ladder here; we just all work together on whatever project is currently on the table. Sometimes we stay late when we are trying to fix a bug, and the quiet of the flat is a good place to concentrate. Pimpri Chinchwad is a huge, bustling area, but our little spot in Thergaon is tucked away enough that we can actually get things done. We are just a group of people who know how to code and wanted a simple place to do it. We don't need anything more than a good internet connection and a quiet room.
